It's the holiday season. This time of the year is suppose to be a time to enjoy life and family, but it often becomes a time of stress. This stress can add up and cause us to feel sick. It is important to remember what the holiday season is about. There are a few things I would keep in mind to help limit the stress and keep your health during the holidays.
Eat less Sugar
Meditate everyday for at least 5 minutes. There are free apps you can download on your phone. Its a great way to help fall asleep or calm down during a work break.
Remember to take your supplements.
Make sure your nervous system is functioning at its best. Watch this to find out why that is important.
Get a Massage or Acupuncture to help relax. Acupuncture appointments are currently available at the office.
