Back Pain is an issue that most people have to deal with at least once in there life. Many people have to deal with it many times. Here are some tips that you can do at home. Remember to ultimately fix the pain you must find out why the pain is there, fix it, and prevent it from returning.
- Stretching- I am sure you have been told to do this before. There are many stretches that can be helpful for you. Try to hold stretches for at least 30 seconds. Here are the most common ones to use..
- Lacrosse Ball- Use a lacrosse ball or tennis ball to massage a tight muscle or trigger point. These can be anywhere but are commonly in the low back, buttocks, or hamstrings when you have lower back pain. Try to stay at least 30 seconds on a spot.
- Foam Roller- Use in a similar way as the lacrosse ball. Roll up and down your back, buttock and legs. You can do this a few minutes or more.
