Tips for Bone Health
I am going to talk about 2 simple things that will help your bones (not to mention the rest of your body) today. They are fruits/vegetables and exercise/movement. Yes we are not talking about calcium or calcium supplements because they do little for your bone health.
If you wanted to have bigger muscles you may take a protein shake. Many people use this strategy. But it makes no sense to take the protein and sit on the couch. You must work the muscle. The same is true with your bones. In order to have strong bones you must load them, a lot. You would be moving your body daily and sometimes pushing yourself very hard in a workout. If you are not currently working out you will start off with less intensity but you still must push yourself.
Fruits and Vegetables help tremendously with bone health. They provide a variety of different nutrients you need. Eating them changes your internal environment to what it is suppose to be like. By eating lots of fruits and vegetables you will also by default eat less crappy food.
So start moving more and eating more fruits/vegetables now. Choose to be Amazing!!
