Migraine and Headache Tips
Migraines and Headache can ruin your life. Here are some at home tips to help you.
- Hydration- Make sure you are consuming adequate amounts of water throughout the day. Keep a bottle with you throughout the day. A little extra water is better than not enough.
- Stop looking down all the time. If you on the computer a lot, your phone, and/or tablet then you must stop and look up occasionally. This will help many of the muscles that are overstretched in your neck.
- There are many acupressure points that may help. Here is a simple one, that helps many. (DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT!!)
