How important is it that your brain and your body are communicating optimally?  You probably answered, "very important."  This is what Chiropractic does.  Chiropractic connects you.  We utilize technology and other hands-on tests to see how you are functioning.  With this information, we are able to make a plan of action to help you live an amazing life.  

The main thing we are looking for is Subluxation.  Subluxation is less than an optimal function of a vertebra (spinal bone).  When you are Subluxated, neurologically you will not be able to function at as high of a level as if you were not Subluxated.  What is really fascinating is that it is not about pain.  You can be Subluxated and have no symptoms.

Acupuncture

Have you ever been interested in having acupuncture done?  Are you nervous or scared to have acupuncture done?  Do you have questions about what acupuncture is, how it is done, or if it will hurt?  Acupuncture has been around for 1000s of years.  Evidence of acupuncture has even been found in ancient Egyptian pyramids.  There are many different techniques, theories, and philosophies because different areas of the world developed them differently.  I utilize a few different techniques to help you the most. 

 

During an acupuncture session (with the techniques I use) you will feel very little.  There are a few spots on the body that are more sensitive than other but generally, people do not even feel the needles.  

The main premise of acupuncture is balancing the body.  This is why you may have heard of many different symptoms or conditions that have been helped with acupuncture.  Some of the common symptoms people present within this office are muscle and joint pains, sinus issues, headaches/migraines, TMJ disorders, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Foot Pain, Plantar Fascitis, Digestive Complaints (constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, IBS, etc), nervousness, anxiety, depression, and even to be more balanced and healthy.
